This infrastructure project focused on developing internal access roads and a sewer system to support Finspark Estate’s modern residential design. The objective was to deliver a functional, sustainable environment for homeowners.

Creating a Concept & Design

Urban planners and engineers prepared the estate layout, integrating road alignments with a sewer system designed for long-term efficiency. Hydrological studies informed the sewer capacity and alignment.

Construction

Works included ground preparation, trench excavation, pipe laying, and manhole construction for the sewer system. Roads were constructed with stabilized sub-base layers and surfaced using durable paving materials. Inspections at every stage ensured compliance with national engineering standards.

Project Handover

Upon completion, the estate roads and sewer system were officially handed over to the developer and residents, providing modern infrastructure that enhances property value and living standards.
